Technical Support Associate

As a Technical Support Associate you would be performing a techno-commercial role for driving project development, setting scope of work and providing training. Being a technical resource for the sales team, you would be involved in front ending customer discussions for understanding their technical requirement and helping with optimal solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing service specification documents, tech-notes and other collaterals for various genomics applications offered by the company.
  • Developing and delivering technical presentations to internal stakeholders as well as clients. 
  • Assisting sales team with technical queries and technical trainings.
  • Technical discussions with clients to understand project requirement, set scope of the project as well as finalising deliverables. 
  • Preparation of Statement of Work capturing itemised deliverables as per the accepted quotation or purchase order and providing necessary technical guidance on sample handling.
  • Interdepartmental coordination for smooth delivery of projects and process improvement. 
  • Client visits as required for critical project discussions.


  • MSc (Lifesciences) with 3-4 years experience in genomics or similar roles

  • PhD (Lifesciences) with 0-2 years experience in molecular biology or genomics
