Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive the clinical genomics and diagnostic service business for North India.
  • Identify opportunity in govt and private segment for strategic business
  • Has to build up significant presence across different market segments and regions.
  • Has to work with customer centric approach and share feedback to manager to
    improvise the process and business.
  • Has to travel and connect with customers and drive business activity across region
    for at least 75% of time.
  • Strategize the business goals for the region and share inputs to leadership team.
  • Understand key market dynamics and variables. Plan the strategy for sustainable
    business and monitor the business development activities in the region.
  • Share effective dashboard on business performance and customer satisfaction to
    leadership team.


  • Should be Masters/Ph.D in Life Sciences/Genetics.
  • Should have total experience of at least 4+ years.
  • Should have fair understanding of the clinical genomics market. Should know the key
    customers in the region and share excellent rapport.
  • Skills to understand customer requirement and suggest right solutions with utmost
  • Should have worked in matrix organization and worked as team member to drive
    common goal.
  • Should have proven track-record for achieving the annual sales target. Drive business
    in the assigned territory and ensure consistent performance.
  • Should be able to generate/monitor lead and create healthy pipeline in the region.
