Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify the opportunities for and execute revenue growth in existing client base through strategic interventions.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Handling all the aspects of the sales life-cycle.
  • Cold calling, lead generation, revenue generation, and all other aspects related to sales and customer servicing.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Lead generation through tele calling.
  • Identifying, analyzing, pursuing and reporting on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintaining and updating daily calling database and ensuring daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Maintaining day to day reports as required.
