Roles and Responsibilities

  • Good Knowledge in Accounting principles and Practical knowledge
  • Good Knowledge in statutory compliances, TDS, GST, PF, ESI and PT
  • Generate Invoices, Purchase order and Inventory Management
  • Preparation of monthly ageing reports and support senior for other managerial reports like MIS, Forecasting, Budgeting and cash planning
  • Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash and process of employee’s reimbursements
  • Good Experience in Tally and Excel, experience in zoho also most preparable.
  • Coordination with sales and support for outstanding collections, need a daily follow up.
  • Record keeping and maintenance
  • Knowledge in banking activities like cash withdrawal/Deposits, DD preparation and cheque deposits, etc.,
  • Manage day to day accounting and help admin activities
  • Should possess excellent communication in English


  •  2-3 years of experience
